THE CONCEPT

In an idyllic setting surrounded by nature, the Cubana Bar welcomes you into a world that is part Cuban and part Provençal. A one-of-a-kind venue that aims to help you recharge your batteries and have fun at the same time.

The restaurant proposes dishes prepared by our team with super fresh ingredients; the bar serves a wide choice of drinks including cocktails and local wines; all this to be enjoyed on the poolside in a magnificent setting. You won’t want to leave! And that’s why we also propose holiday homes for families or groups.

AT THE HEART OF THE DRÔME PROVENCALE

Nestled in luxuriant countryside amongst the olive trees, lime trees, apricot trees and vines, Buis-le-Baronnies is a small town with 2380 inhabitants, situated in the Drôme Provençale.
At the foot of Mont Ventoux, close to Nyons and Vaison la Romaine.

Proud of its diverse and dynamic network of community groups and associations, Buis-les-Baronnies hosts a great many sporting, cultural and convivial events all year round. The energy of its population makes Buis-les-Baronnies a village of character that is a pleasure to live in.

THEIR STORY

Wilfrid and Sarah are experienced travellers who have journeyed throughout France and Europe organising trade fairs. Wherever they may be in the world they share their love of a good time. What makes them tick is sharing, conviviality, music, dance, and happy people, these simple little things that make everyday life better.

With each journey, their desire to create a unique venue, reflecting their values, became clear to them both. They dreamt of creating a peaceful and pleasant place to come with family or friends for refreshment, relaxation and even to stay for a night or two, or longer! And it was after their visit to Cuba, and their immersion in its festive and friendly ambience, that they decided on the concept that would become the Cubana Bar’onnies.
